The aromas of 2009 Zingy deliver the very essence of Sauvignon Blanc from the Buttonwood vineyard with lemon-lime, citrus blossom and hints of guava. The bright sassy flavors pulse with flavors of kiwi, grapefruit, and tree-ripened stone fruit before resolving in a clean refreshing finish. Sauvignon Blanc and seafood are a match made in heaven. Serve Zingy chilled with halibut ceviche marinated in lime juice with avocado, tomato, lime zest and plenty of cilantro.
